How the numbers work

Clicks = ad budget ÷ cost per click. Leads = clicks × lead rate. Customers = leads × close rate. Net contribution = customers × contribution per customer − ad budget − other campaign costs. Break-even cost per click holds the monthly ad budget and other assumptions fixed. Fractional customers represent an average scenario, not actual people.

Use contribution from the same measurement period as your campaign. Lifetime customer value can overstate near-term cash. If you do use lifetime contribution, interpret the result over that longer horizon.

Privacy and measurement

Your input numbers stay in your browser. Copying a scenario link deliberately puts those numbers in the link fragment so its recipient can load them; only share information you are comfortable sharing. We record anonymous interaction events (page view, calculation, export, share, embed and partner click), their date and a fixed channel label. We do not store your inputs, email, IP address or browsing identifier in our event database. The hosting provider may maintain operational logs. Browser tracking preferences are respected. These event counts cannot prove unique visitors or sales.
